You need to go to System Preferences:Universal Access. At the bottom of the screen is a box marked "Enable Access for Assistive Devices" , check that box. Open Ventrillo and Warcraft after this change. You should now be able to hold your push to talk regardless of app you're in. You might also want to disable the Blizz voice chat, it may conflict, not sure. if this doesnt work let me know.
